For devices in need of repair (whether under warranty or not), customers may send the product to our main office for evaluation and servicing.
Yes, our devices come with a 6-month warranty. Any defects in material or workmanship within this period will be corrected free of charge.

We offer a 7-day return policy only for defective or damaged devices. If you believe your item falls under this category, you must provide a video of the unboxing as proof to qualify for a refund. Please note that returns will not be accepted for any items purchased on sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it— unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
