1. Non-Acceptance of Refund Requests

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for the following:

  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect selection of product, variant, or bundle by the customer

All customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.

2. Accepted Reasons for Refund / Return

Refunds or returns may be processed under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective items upon delivery
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing items from the order

Requests must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the order.

3. Standard Refund & Return Process

Step 1: Submit Request

  • Contact our Customer Support Team via email or official social media channels
  • Provide the following:
    • Order Number
    • Complete Name
    • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
    • Description of the concern

Step 2: Validation

  • Our team will review and validate the request within 1–3 business days
  • Additional information may be requested if needed

Step 3: Approval & Return Instructions

  • Once approved, instructions for return (if applicable) will be provided
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with complete inclusions

Step 4: Return of Item

  • Customer must ship the item back within the given timeframe
  • Tracking details must be shared with our team

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued via the original mode of payment or via bank transfer

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Bank transfers may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank
  • Processing time may vary due to third-party payment validation

5. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in good condition unless reported as defective
  • Love KDerma reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the policy guidelines
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end
