Love K-derma’s Body Silk IPL uses Intense Pulsed Light technology to penetrate the different layers of the skin and apply gentle pulses of light to the hair’s root.

The IPL device is passed across the skin, delivering a spectrum of light that targets the melanin/pigment in the hair. This light will then travel through the layers of the skin until it reaches the hair’s root.

As the light is absorbed, the hair and its root will be heated and destroyed – eventually preventing hair regrowth on the target areas.
