How often should I use them?
Each device 2–3 times a week.
Is the mask safe for my eyes?
Yes, the pink eye shield must fully cover your eyes, and the mask only starts once worn. Remove contact lenses first.

Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, severe acne, or while on skin medication. If unsure, check with your doctor.
