Refund policy

 

We offer a 7-day return policy only for defective or damaged devices. If you believe your item falls under this category, you must provide a video of the unboxing as proof to qualify for a refund. Please note that returns will not be accepted for any items purchased on sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it— unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at customer@lovekderma.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
