1Face. Glass Skin Gel, then the LED Light Mask for 10 minutes, 2–3 times a week.
2Body. Ultra Body Gel, then the Ultra Slimming Device for up to 15 minutes a day.
3Smooth skin. Shave, then the Body Silk IPL, 3–4 times a week for the first 4 weeks.

LED Light Mask 2–3× a week
- Cleanse, then apply Glass Skin Activating Gel all over your face.
- Wear the mask with the eye shield fully over your eyes and press power for a 10-minute session.
- Press M to switch lights, then finish with your skincare.
Ultra Slimming Device Daily · up to 15 min
- Apply Ultra Body Gel on the area.
- Pick a mode and level 1–3, then work the area for up to 15 minutes.
- Wipe the gel off the device after each session.
Body Silk IPL 3–4× a week
- Shave the area. Skin should be clean, dry and oil-free.
- Do a test flash at level 1 and wait 24 hours.
- Wear the safety glasses, place the window flat on skin and flash.
IPL: 3–4× a week for weeks 1–4, then 2–3× in weeks 5–6, 2× in weeks 7–8, and 1–2× a week to maintain.
